# POSE Fitness App vs FormFix

The clearest difference is monetization model: FormFix at freemium against POSE Fitness App's subscription. POSE Fitness App's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (6 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. POSE Fitness App sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $30.00 per month and FormFix sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for POSE Fitness App against 5.0 for FormFix. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

POSE Fitness App ships an update every 8 days, FormFix every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
