# Latte vs LeoChat

The clearest difference is ads: LeoChat at none against Latte's shown. LeoChat also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 52%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Latte's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Latte holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Latte's written reviews are positive against 67% of LeoChat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Latte ships an update every 6 days, LeoChat every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
