# Plots vs Driftd

Plots and Driftd both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Driftd's written reviews are positive against 52% of Plots's. Plots's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 13) and chart position (#138 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Plots against 4.7 for Driftd. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Plots has 3.8K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 52% of Plots's written reviews are positive against 100% of Driftd's.

Plots ships an update weekly, Driftd every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
