# Dance Workouts vs Trainy

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trainy at every 9 days against Dance Workouts's every 14 months. Dance Workouts's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dance Workouts sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Trainy sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dance Workouts ships an update every 14 months, Trainy every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
