The clearest difference is in-app purchases: KinectingIt at none against OnPoint Trails's 2. KinectingIt also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). OnPoint Trails's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OnPoint Trails sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per year. KinectingIt asks for nothing beyond the download.

KinectingIt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OnPoint Trails has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
