# Daaay vs talkmaker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Daaay at 100% against talkmaker's 64%. Daaay also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). talkmaker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (522 vs 6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daaay sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and talkmaker sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Daaay holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: talkmaker has 522 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Daaay's written reviews are positive against 64% of talkmaker's.

Daaay ships an update every 3 months, talkmaker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
