# Daaay vs Peal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Peal at every 10 days against Daaay's every 3 months. Daaay's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daaay sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Peal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Daaay against 5.0 for Peal. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daaay has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Daaay ships an update every 3 months, Peal every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
