# f3 vpn vs VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy

The clearest difference is rating: VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy at 4.3 against f3 vpn's 4.0. VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 419). f3 vpn's advantage is review sentiment (52% vs 31%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. f3 vpn sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy has 2.3K ratings behind it against 419, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of f3 vpn's written reviews are positive against 31% of VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

f3 vpn ships an update every 2 weeks, VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
