# V360 Pro vs Cam Detector App：Home Security

The clearest difference is rating: Cam Detector App：Home Security at 4.4 against V360 Pro's 1.4. Cam Detector App：Home Security also leads on ratings volume (16K vs 36). V360 Pro's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. V360 Pro sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Cam Detector App：Home Security sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cam Detector App：Home Security holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cam Detector App：Home Security has 16K ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of V360 Pro's written reviews are positive against 26% of Cam Detector App：Home Security's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

V360 Pro ships an update every 4 days, Cam Detector App：Home Security every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
