# Siberium vs Annulus

The clearest difference is monetization model: Siberium at free with in-app purchases against Annulus's subscription. Siberium also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 28%) and rating (3.0 vs 2.8). Annulus's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Siberium sells 17 one-off in-app purchases and Annulus sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Siberium holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Annulus has 23 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Siberium's written reviews are positive against 28% of Annulus's.

Siberium ships an update every 6 weeks, Annulus every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and September 4, 2026 respectively.
