# aDumAVar vs ShareMe

The clearest difference is rating: ShareMe at 4.3 against aDumAVar's 2.5. ShareMe also leads on ratings volume (407 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). aDumAVar's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShareMe sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. aDumAVar asks for nothing beyond the download.

ShareMe holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShareMe has 407 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of aDumAVar's written reviews are positive against 35% of ShareMe's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

aDumAVar ships an update every 2 months, ShareMe every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
