# Widgetal vs Wigget

Widgetal and Wigget both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 44% of Wigget's written reviews are positive against 21% of Widgetal's. Widgetal's advantage is ratings volume (590 vs 33) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widgetal sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 3 months and Wigget sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wigget holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widgetal has 590 ratings behind it against 33, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 21% of Widgetal's written reviews are positive against 44% of Wigget's.

Widgetal ships an update every 3 weeks, Wigget every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
