# Core Anesthesia vs CRNA School Prep Academy

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CRNA School Prep Academy at none against Core Anesthesia's 14. CRNA School Prep Academy also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Core Anesthesia's advantage is ratings volume (537 vs 21) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Core Anesthesia sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. CRNA School Prep Academy asks for nothing beyond the download.

Core Anesthesia holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.8.
