# ZGfit vs FtyCam

The clearest difference is ads: ZGfit at none against FtyCam's shown. ZGfit also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). FtyCam's advantage is rating (1.8 vs 1.6) and ratings volume (190 vs 14). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FtyCam holds the better App Store score, 1.8 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FtyCam has 190 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of ZGfit's written reviews are positive against 7% of FtyCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ZGfit ships an update fortnightly, FtyCam monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
