# My Thrustmaster vs VRC Ops

The clearest difference is rating: VRC Ops at 5.0 against My Thrustmaster's 2.3. VRC Ops also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). My Thrustmaster's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (19 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
