# Doam vs Alamoudi

The clearest difference is update cadence: Alamoudi at every 3 days against Doam's every 3 weeks. Alamoudi also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Doam ships an update every 3 weeks, Alamoudi every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
