# Fitting vs SoberWave

The clearest difference is ads: SoberWave at none against Fitting's shown. Fitting's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitting sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and SoberWave sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fitting ships an update fortnightly, SoberWave every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
