# Barebones Strength vs Caliscool

The clearest difference is update cadence: Caliscool at weekly against Barebones Strength's monthly. Barebones Strength's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Barebones Strength sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $299.99 per month and Caliscool sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
