A therapist in your pocket, for the moments life feels too much. HappyMe is not another meditation app. It is a toolkit of short, active exercises built by a practicing trauma and anxiety therapist, for the moments anxiety hits, the panic that won't pass, the 3am wake-up, and the overthinking you can't switch off. You can't meditate your way out of a panic attack, and for some people meditation actually makes anxiety worse. So we built something different. HappyMe gives you the exact tool you need, in the moment you need it, then lets you get on with your day. WHAT MAKES HAPPYME DIFFERENT Active exercises, not passive listening. Every tool is a short practice a therapist would walk you through in session, adapted to work on your own, in the moment. Built by a real therapist. Created by Melanie Drameh, a trauma and anxiety specialist, from the exercises she uses with clients in her therapy room. Not written by a content team. No streaks. No guilt. No daily goals, no graphs, no notification guilt-trips. The app is most useful in the moment something hits, and that is the whole design. Skip a day or a month and it will be exactly where you left it. WHAT YOU CAN DO Programmes for the things that bring people in. Curated sequences of lessons and exercises for anxiety, sleep, confidence and overthinking. Not a 30-day commitment, just the right support when you need it. Tools for the moment. A grounded, body-based protocol for panic that can start to work in minutes. A wind-down sequence for the brain that won't switch off at night. Quick somatic resets for that chest-tight feeling before a meeting. Active techniques that do something. Eye-movement exercises for emotional release. The Blame Game to interrupt self-criticism and untangle what's actually yours from what isn't. Mood Maze to create space when you feel off but can't say why. Lessons that make sense of it. Short, plain-English explanations of why your body does what it does, written by a therapist, so you understand what's happening instead of just being told to breathe. WHEN YOU'D REACH FOR IT The 3am wake-up that won't go back to sleep. The chest-tight Monday morning before a meeting. The afternoon spiral after a hard conversation. The flat, numb evening when nothing is wrong but everything feels wrong. HappyMe meets the moment and leaves you in a better place than it found you. You're not broken. You're a human in a hard moment, and there's a specific tool here for it. Free to download. Open it when you need to. Subscriptions available: weekly, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERMS After a free trial period of 7 days from signing up to access the app, HappyMe offers an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or annual subscription to provide you with unlimited access to all content while you maintain an active subscription.
