# StudyGram Academy vs Studley

The clearest difference is review sentiment: StudyGram Academy at 100% against Studley's 50%. StudyGram Academy also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 16) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). Studley's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Studley sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. StudyGram Academy asks for nothing beyond the download.

Studley holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Studley has 4.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of StudyGram Academy's written reviews are positive against 50% of Studley's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StudyGram Academy ships an update every 2 months, Studley weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
