# BuzzNow vs Tactik

The clearest difference is rating: BuzzNow at 4.7 against Tactik's 4.0. BuzzNow also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months). Tactik's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BuzzNow sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Tactik sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BuzzNow holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BuzzNow has 604 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of BuzzNow's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tactik's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BuzzNow ships an update every 3 weeks, Tactik every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
