# 17V28 vs Carousel Collage

The clearest difference is ads: Carousel Collage at none against 17V28's shown. Carousel Collage also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). 17V28's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 17V28 sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Carousel Collage sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
