# Unique vs ADHD Card

The clearest difference is ads: Unique at none against ADHD Card's shown. Unique also leads on ratings volume (201 vs 1). ADHD Card's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unique sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and ADHD Card sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ADHD Card holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unique has 201 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of Unique's written reviews are positive against 100% of ADHD Card's.

Unique ships an update every 10 days, ADHD Card every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
