# Unique vs AVA

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Unique at 201 against AVA's 1. Unique also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). AVA's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unique sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and AVA sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AVA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unique has 201 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of Unique's written reviews are positive against 100% of AVA's.

Unique ships an update every 10 days, AVA every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
