# AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep vs AWS Card Clash

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AWS Card Clash at none against AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep's 5. AWS Card Clash also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep's advantage is ratings volume (259 vs 21). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. AWS Card Clash asks for nothing beyond the download.

AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep has 259 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of AWS Cloud Practitioner Prep's written reviews are positive against 100% of AWS Card Clash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
