# Hypelist vs Doctors Galaxy

The clearest difference is ads: Doctors Galaxy at none against Hypelist's shown. Doctors Galaxy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Hypelist's advantage is ratings volume (444 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hypelist sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Doctors Galaxy sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Doctors Galaxy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hypelist has 444 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
