# Dyslock vs Minesweeper Twist

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Minesweeper Twist at none against Dyslock's 3. Minesweeper Twist also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Dyslock's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and ratings volume (72 vs 4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dyslock sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Minesweeper Twist asks for nothing beyond the download.

Minesweeper Twist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dyslock has 72 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Dyslock's written reviews are positive against 75% of Minesweeper Twist's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dyslock ships an update every 5 weeks, Minesweeper Twist weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
