# Younify TV vs TMSTV

The clearest difference is ads: Younify TV at none against TMSTV's shown. Younify TV also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (62 vs 4). TMSTV's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TMSTV holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Younify TV has 62 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Younify TV's written reviews are positive against 50% of TMSTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Younify TV ships an update weekly, TMSTV every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
