# Inner Reef vs Anxiety

The clearest difference is ads: Anxiety at none against Inner Reef's shown. Anxiety also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and device support (4 vs 2). Inner Reef's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (211 vs 14). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inner Reef sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Anxiety sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Inner Reef against 4.9 for Anxiety. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inner Reef has 211 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 80% of Inner Reef's written reviews are positive against 100% of Anxiety's.

Inner Reef ships an update every 4 days, Anxiety monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
