# SecondFloor vs RealScan

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SecondFloor at 60% against RealScan's 15%. SecondFloor also leads on rating (4.2 vs 3.5) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). RealScan's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (52 vs 17). Both are free to download. SecondFloor sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per 7 days and RealScan sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
