# Hyperskill vs IT Playbook

The clearest difference is update cadence: IT Playbook at daily against Hyperskill's weekly. Hyperskill's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hyperskill sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and IT Playbook sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $16.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hyperskill ships an update weekly, IT Playbook daily. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
