# Wetzel's Pretzels vs DORMRUSH

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DORMRUSH at 100% against Wetzel's Pretzels's 39%. DORMRUSH also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Wetzel's Pretzels's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 15) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wetzel's Pretzels holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wetzel's Pretzels has 7.1K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Wetzel's Pretzels's written reviews are positive against 100% of DORMRUSH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wetzel's Pretzels ships an update every 2 months, DORMRUSH every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
