# UWW vs FlowRoll

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FlowRoll at 91% against UWW's 18%. FlowRoll also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.0) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UWW sells 57 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year and FlowRoll sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlowRoll holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FlowRoll has 685 ratings behind it against 79, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 18% of UWW's written reviews are positive against 91% of FlowRoll's.

UWW ships an update monthly, FlowRoll weekly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
