# Geph vs TOP VPN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TOP VPN at 82% against Geph's 38%. TOP VPN also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 191). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Geph sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month and TOP VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TOP VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TOP VPN has 1.2K ratings behind it against 191, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of Geph's written reviews are positive against 82% of TOP VPN's.

Geph ships an update monthly, TOP VPN every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
