# Netfly TV vs Xtream IPTV

The clearest difference is rating: Xtream IPTV at 4.5 against Netfly TV's 3.6. Xtream IPTV also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (209 vs 7). Netfly TV's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Xtream IPTV sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Netfly TV asks for nothing beyond the download.

Xtream IPTV holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Xtream IPTV has 209 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Netfly TV's written reviews are positive against 70% of Xtream IPTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Netfly TV ships an update every 3 months, Xtream IPTV every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
