# Mindgrasp vs Lyreka

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lyreka at 100% against Mindgrasp's 31%. Lyreka also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). Mindgrasp's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindgrasp sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Lyreka sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lyreka holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindgrasp has 1.1K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 31% of Mindgrasp's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lyreka's.

Mindgrasp ships an update every 3 weeks, Lyreka every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
