The clearest difference is update cadence: DDownload at every 3 days against Amaryllo Cloud's every 5 weeks. Amaryllo Cloud's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Amaryllo Cloud sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and DDownload sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
