# kaizen | Adaptive Run Training vs eMAJOR Coaching

kaizen | Adaptive Run Training and eMAJOR Coaching are too close to call on the numbers: across 3 compared parameters — price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. kaizen | Adaptive Run Training sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and eMAJOR Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $105.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
