# Modern Campus Involve vs DSE RecCenter

The clearest difference is rating: DSE RecCenter at 2.1 against Modern Campus Involve's 1.8. Modern Campus Involve's advantage is review sentiment (14% vs 0%) and ratings volume (60 vs 7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

DSE RecCenter holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Modern Campus Involve has 60 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Modern Campus Involve's written reviews are positive against 0% of DSE RecCenter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
