# Forbes vs LI Wave

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: LI Wave at none against Forbes's 2. LI Wave also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks). Forbes's advantage is ratings volume (170 vs 1) and chart position (#139 vs unranked). On price, monetization model, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forbes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. LI Wave asks for nothing beyond the download.

LI Wave holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forbes has 170 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
