# VT vs OLM

The clearest difference is rating: VT at 2.8 against OLM's 2.1. VT also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). OLM's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OLM sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. VT asks for nothing beyond the download.

VT holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of VT's written reviews are positive against 25% of OLM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

VT ships an update every 2 weeks, OLM weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
