# Maki House | ماكي هاوس vs Prep'd

The clearest difference is rating: Prep'd at 4.4 against Maki House | ماكي هاوس's 3.5. Prep'd also leads on ratings volume (40 vs 8). Maki House | ماكي هاوس's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 14%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Prep'd holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prep'd has 40 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Maki House | ماكي هاوس's written reviews are positive against 14% of Prep'd's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
