# RoutineFlow vs Seph

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Seph at none against RoutineFlow's 9. Seph also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). RoutineFlow's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RoutineFlow sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Seph asks for nothing beyond the download.

Seph holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoutineFlow has 2.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
