# RakuLink vs VPN Pro

The clearest difference is ads: RakuLink at none against VPN Pro's shown. RakuLink also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.6). VPN Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RakuLink sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and VPN Pro sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RakuLink ships an update every 2 months, VPN Pro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
