# Ball Color Puz vs Message Games

Ball Color Puz and Message Games both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Message Games's written reviews are positive against 36% of Ball Color Puz's. Ball Color Puz's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 10) and chart position (#177 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ball Color Puz sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Message Games sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Ball Color Puz against 4.3 for Message Games. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ball Color Puz has 1.4K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 36% of Ball Color Puz's written reviews are positive against 100% of Message Games's.

Ball Color Puz ships an update monthly, Message Games fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
