# Dippys vs Sodalicious

The clearest difference is rating: Dippys at 5.0 against Sodalicious's 3.0. Sodalicious's advantage is ratings volume (61 vs 3) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dippys holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sodalicious has 61 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dippys ships an update every 4 weeks, Sodalicious every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
