# HabitApp vs AccountabilityEDGE

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AccountabilityEDGE at none against HabitApp's 4. AccountabilityEDGE also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). HabitApp's advantage is ratings volume (144 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HabitApp sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. AccountabilityEDGE asks for nothing beyond the download.

AccountabilityEDGE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HabitApp has 144 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HabitApp ships an update fortnightly, AccountabilityEDGE every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
