# Vactidy vs Next Fade

The clearest difference is update cadence: Next Fade at every 11 days against Vactidy's every 2 months. Vactidy's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vactidy ships an update every 2 months, Next Fade every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
