# Sportstech Live vs FitX App

The clearest difference is rating: FitX App at 3.5 against Sportstech Live's 2.2. FitX App also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (15 vs 17.2). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sportstech Live sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. FitX App asks for nothing beyond the download.

FitX App holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 15 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Sportstech Live's written reviews are positive against 65% of FitX App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
