# GuardiansMH vs Visual Arts

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GuardiansMH at none against Visual Arts's 2. GuardiansMH also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Visual Arts's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Visual Arts sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. GuardiansMH asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for GuardiansMH against 5.0 for Visual Arts. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GuardiansMH has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GuardiansMH ships an update every 6 months, Visual Arts fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
